Ololade Olaleye (LGO ’24)

Ololade joined LGO after working in project management, commercial, and leading transformation initiatives at Shell. She also founded Lumin8, an AI-enabled clean energy start-up. She interned at Amgen, where she developed a novel framework and tools to dimension optimal safety stock and target inventory. She will join Verizon’s Data & Analytics team. Previous projects within this team include monetizing the supply chain, developing data-backed pricing initiatives, forecasting customer behavior, and optimizing the real estate portfolio.
Timothy Marquart (LGO ’18)

Tim joined LGO after working in cost engineering at ExxonMobil, where he prepared multi-billion-dollar capital estimates and built data-driven tools to accelerate estimate creation. Since graduating, he has held multiple roles at Verizon, beginning as a hands-on data scientist and later stepping into leadership positions across supply chain and customer analytics. He led the implementation of Verizon’s unified planning platform, OnePlanning, aligning internal teams with two major consulting groups to streamline operations across the business. He then transitioned to supply chain analytics, managing a team of data scientists focused on optimizing logistics, fleet strategy, and inventory. In his current role as Distinguished Engineer, Tim continues to stay close to the work while leading customer and promotion analytics that inform billions in annual retention and pricing decisions. He focuses on churn prediction, targeting strategy, and mentoring senior technical talent.
Michael Sandford (LGO ’17)

Mike conducted his LGO internship on novel uses for 3D printing in the product development cycle at Johnson & Johnson. After graduation he joined Verizon in a role charged with creating the company’s first climate change policy. Now a Senior Director on Verizon’s Treasury team, Mike is responsible for renewable energy strategy and execution of agreements to support Verizon’s 100% renewable energy commitment.
Christine Wong (LGO ’02)

Christine joined consulting directly after LGO. After a few years, she joined Nokia Mobile Phones as a sourcing manager. In her current role, she manages the test and repair of returned Fios and FWA devices, driving nearly $300M in annual cost avoidance savings while identifying product enhancements to improve next-generation consumer products.
